Lavender oil is steam-distilled from the flowers of the lavender plant. The unique mosaic of naturally occurring phytochemicals includes linalool and linalyl acetate, considered to be its main active constituents.
Linalool helps relax your muscles by blocking acetylcholine, a chemical that tells your nerves to make muscles move. By reducing acetylcholine, your muscles can relax more easily. Lavender oil also increases GABA activity, a chemical in your brain that helps you feel calm and less stressed. Directions of Use
Adults: Take 1 softgel daily with food and a full glass of water or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

Warnings
Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) may occur; in which case, discontinue use. Lavender burps have been reported in a small number of users and is a normal effect of the product.
