Vitamin D3 2,500 IU Extra Strength 120 softgels
Description
Each easy swallow softgel of Extra Strength Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) contains 2,500 IU of this critical vitamin for good health. This is the current maximum dosage recommended by Health Canada without a prescription to help prevent vitamin D3 deficiency.
Vitamin D3 is the biologically active form of vitamin D. When combined with sufficient calcium, a healthy diet, and an active lifestyle, it can help reduce the incidence of osteoporosis.
The World Health Organization (WHO) recognizes vitamin D3 deficiency as a factor for many global health concerns. Statistics Canada reports that 40% of Canadians are vitamin D3 deficient in winter, and 25% during the summer months. New Roots Herbal’s Vitamin D3 Extra Strength provides accurate, proactive dosage to help prevent vitamin D3 deficiency year-round.
