New Roots Herbal’s Vitamin E⁸ contains all eight forms of vitamin E—four tocopherols and four tocotrienols—with squalenes and beta-sitosterols.

 

Vitamin E, a fat-soluble antioxidant, is able to go where ordinary water-soluble antioxidants cannot. Vitamin E helps stop oxygen in red blood cells from turning into harmful peroxides.

While many vitamin E supplements only contain synthetic ᴅ-alpha-tocopherol, New Roots Herbal offers a complete and natural formulation. Ours includes all eight compounds of the vitamin E family—four tocopherols and four tocotrienols—extracted from natural vegetable oils. This ensures they remain in their fully active, unesterified form, as this is how the body recognizes and processes them.

The eight members of the vitamin E family share some similar functions while also possessing distinct roles. For instance, gamma-tocopherol exhibits a superior capacity for detoxifying nitrogen radicals.

Our softgels derive their deep red hue from annatto extract, sourced from the seeds of the tropical fruit annatto. This extract, rich in tocotrienols and antioxidants, provides UV protection and stability to our softgel contents.

Directions of Use

Adults: Take 2 softgels daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

Mixed tocopherols (from non-GMO soy) 53 mg

delta-Tocopherols 13–25%
gamma-Tocopherols 45–60%
Squalene (from olive [Olea europaea] fruit) 45 mg
Free plant sterols (from non-GMO soy) 20 mg
(8 mg beta-sitosterol, 4 mg campesterols, 4 mg stigmasterols)  
Tocotrienols (from non-GMO palm fruit) 3.16 mg

Other ingredients: Beeswax, organic sunflower oil, and sunflower lecithin in a softgel composed of annatto extract (in sunflower oil), gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.
